Founded in Chongqing in 1993 and developed nationwide, Longfor Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 00960) was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2009, selected as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Index in 2021, ranked in the Forbes Global 2000 for 15 consecutive years and listed in the Fortune Global 500 for many years.

Longfor Group has established a high-quality development model with a focus on three main segments: development, operation, and service and leveraged the synergistic effect of five key sectors: property development, commercial investment, rental housing, property management, and smart construction. Longfor has successfully achieved a comprehensive layout in high-potential cities of the first and second tiers. Additionally, Longfor is committed to enhancing the capabilities of each sector for organic growth, ensuring positive operating cash flow. Longfor also consistently optimizes and improves asset quality to ensure sustainable development.

Development

Longfor has created benchmark residential and mixed-use products such as Yunhe Song, Royal Lake, Guangnian, Platinum Island, etc., and the quality of its construction has been well recognised by the industry and outside. Since 1998, Longfor has developed over 1,300 projects spanning a total GFA of more than 230 million square meters. Longfor has delivered over 1,000,000 units and consistently ranked among the Top 10 Real Estate Developers in China by Comprehensive Strength for 14 consecutive years. Longfor has introduced benchmark residential and mixed-use products like Glory of Galaxy, Glory of Thrones, Inner Land, the Light Year, and Diamond, which are widely acknowledged for their exceptional quality. 

Operation

Longfor Commercial, with its product brands Paradise Walk and Starry Street, adheres to a strategy that integrates asset-light and heavy businesses. It has established a grid layout in first- and second-tier core cities. As of the end of June 2025, Longfor Commercial has opened and operated 90 shopping halls, partnering with over 6,900 brands.

Longfor Group’s new asset management brand, “Longfor Asset Management,” adopts a human lifecycle approach and leverages professional asset management techniques to develop a comprehensive chain of spatial assets, including housing, employment, entertainment, medical care, and healthcare. This new brand seeks to offer users a diverse range of products and services while effectively preserving and enhancing asset value.
Service

Longfor Intelligent Living: A Leader in Intelligent Services. Longfor Intelligent Living carries out standardised property services in 13 major business sectors in over 100 cities, with customer satisfaction rates exceeding 90% for 16 consecutive years. As of the end of June 2025, Longfor Intelligent Living serves 3.25 million homeowners and provides property management services to 90 shopping centres.

 
Longfor Smart Construction combines Longfor Group's comprehensive business development experience with industry-leading digital technology to advance smart urban construction. To date, Longfor Smart Construction has secured more than 210 agent construction projects, encompassing a total construction area exceeding 33 million square meters. The company has established strong partnerships with state-owned enterprises, regional platforms, asset management companies, insurance firms, major industry players, and universities—including Dajia Holdings, CRCDI, COAMC, Tsinghua University, Ant Group, and Xi'an Weiyang City Development.
Social Responsibility

As a constituent stock of the Hang Seng ESG Index, Longfor Group has garnered recognition from the market for its achievements in environmental protection, social responsibility, corporate governance, public welfare, and charity. It has received the 'China Charity Award,' the highest government honor in China's public welfare and charity sector, for two consecutive years. Our MSCI ESG rating for 2024 was A, the highest for mainland real estate companies. The Longfor Foundation has implemented various support programs covering the entire lifecycle, including initiatives such as 'One Elder One Child,' rural revitalization, and education. To date, Longfor Group, its founders, and the Foundation have collectively donated over RMB 2 billion to society.
